Albania National Football Team

Overview

The Albania national football team, officially known as the Albanian Kombëtarja e futbollit të Shqipërisë, represents Albania in men's international football. The team is organized and run by the Albanian Football Association, the governing body for football in Albania, and competes in FIFA and UEFA tournaments.

History

The Albanian national football team was founded in 1930. The team has enjoyed some success over the years, including qualifying for the UEFA European Championship in 2016. Albania has also participated in several FIFA World Cup qualifying campaigns but has yet to qualify for the final tournament.
